Czeck Proof
Up to the 1:st January 1931 Czeckslovakia used the proofmarks from Austria-Hungarian period. On the 17:th of December new marks and a new proof law was approved and is used from the 1:st of January 1932.
During the second world war Weipert was a part of Germany, and the rest of Czeckoslovakia was occupied by Germany but they used marks from 1931.
When Czeckoslovakia was divided to Czeck Republic and Solvak Republic, Czeck republic kept the former proof laws.
