Trademarks on guns

The use of trademarks in the gunmaking industry may not be well known but sometimes these trademarkss are the only way to tell who actually made the gun, what is engraved on the barrels is normally only what the seller wanted to have on the barrels. In some cases what the gun is engraved with is correctly the gunmaker but in other cases the “maker” is just a ironmongler.

Here I will put examples of tradearks for some european countries, but for now this work is ongoing.
